What is Ivory Flame made of?
A coconut-soy wax blend with a 100% cotton wick, hand-poured in small batches. No parabens, no synthetic dyes — just a clean, soot-free burn.
Why is the scent strong on day one and softer after that?
Fragrance genuinely peaks in the first 48–72 hours and then settles by design — this is a feature of natural wax blends, not a fault. Give it a few burns to find its steady state.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not currently — all orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, or EMI to keep pricing and packaging premium and consistent.
What's your return & exchange policy?
